What Is Mobile Chiropractic — And How Does It Actually Work?
If you've heard the term "mobile chiropractic" and thought — wait, is that actually a thing? — you're not alone. It's a newer concept for a lot of people, and I get asked about it constantly. So let me break it down in plain terms: what it is, how it works, and why more and more people in St. Johns County are choosing it over the traditional clinic model.
---
The Simple Version
Mobile chiropractic is exactly what it sounds like. Instead of you driving to an office, I drive to you. I show up at your home, your workplace, or wherever you are, with everything needed to provide a complete chiropractic evaluation and treatment — and then I get out of your way.
No waiting room. No copay confusion. No sitting in traffic with a stiff back just to get treated for a stiff back.
---
What Do I Actually Bring?
This is usually the first question people ask, and it's a fair one. A full chiropractic setup is more portable than most people realize.
I bring a professional, lightweight chiropractic table that sets up in minutes, along with all the tools I need for adjustments, dry needling, and soft tissue therapy. Everything is clean, organized, and ready to go. You don't need to move furniture or clear out a room — just a space roughly the size of a large yoga mat is all I need.
---
Is the Care the Same Quality as a Clinic?
Absolutely. I trained at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida — one of the most respected chiropractic schools in the country — and I bring that same level of care to every visit regardless of where it happens. The adjustment techniques, the evaluation process, the treatment approach — it's all the same. The only thing missing is the overhead and the waiting room.
In some ways, the care is actually better in a mobile setting. I'm focused entirely on you. There's no front desk pulling my attention, no other patients waiting, no rushing through appointments. You get the full picture.

Who Is Mobile Chiropractic For?
Honestly, it works well for a wide range of people. Some of my patients choose mobile chiropractic because their schedule is packed and they can't afford to lose an hour driving to and from a clinic. Others have young kids at home and a 9am appointment across town just isn't realistic. Some are athletes who want post-workout recovery care without adding a commute to the equation. Then there’s the pain aspect, where a hurting neck and back paired with a car drive doesn’t seem feasible.
And then there are people who've simply never loved the clinic environment — the fluorescent lights, the impersonal feeling, the sense that you're just another appointment on a packed schedule. For them, having care come to their home just feels better.
If you live or work in St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, Fruit Cove, Julington Creek, or anywhere in St. Johns County and surrounding areas, there's a good chance I can come to you.

How Does Booking Work?
It's straightforward. You either reach out to my phone directly which you can find online, or submit a form on my website and I’ll reach out to you. We confirm the appointment time and location, and I show up. Before your first visit I'll send a short intake form via email or text message so I can learn a little about what's going on before I arrive — that way we can spend more time on treatment and less on paperwork.
First visits run about 60+ minutes since we do a full evaluation as well as treatment. Follow-up visits are typically slightly shorter, around 45–60 minutes depending on what we're working on. I like to spend time with each and every patient, addressing the issues and working through the treatment.
---
What Does It Cost?
Flat-rate cash pricing, no insurance. There’s a few different options for payment, you can pay-per-visit, or you can choose a package or family plan that saves you money in the long run. A chiropractic adjustment starts at $135, Soft tissue therapy is $170, and Dry needling is $190, with other add-on options. We can talk about the package plans and their prices during our first visit, since I like to go over all the options that may work best for what your specific needs are. For services over 25 miles away, I charge a traveling fee. While the IRS standard for travel fees is $0.72/mile, I charge $0.35/mile. What you see is what you pay — no surprise fees or misleading pricing.
---
The Bottom Line
Mobile chiropractic isn't a workaround or a lesser version of care, in fact it’s the opposite. It's a smarter, more convenient way to get your body the attention it deserves — on your schedule, in your space, without the hassle.
If you've been curious, I'd love to show you what it looks like firsthand.
